Fears: The Shift
Likes: The Forest, Seclusion, The Winter Months
Dislikes: Fire, Most Humanoid creatures, Territorial Invasion
Special talents: Half Way shift between Animals, Increased strength, Berserk.
History: The warm sun beat down on Charles back as he worked in the garden his grandparents kept. He hummed softly his powerful arms swung the hoe into the soft dirt. He had been here, his grandparent’s farm, for his whole life.
He had almost no cares in the world while he worked, nothing of school, nothing of what was to come the year after he graduated just the sounds of his rhythmic hoeing. His work was his life on the farm.
Whenever he was beaten by his grandfather ,as a child, for one reason or another he’d then find himself being sent to work in the garden or bucking hay bales. In the cold winter months he’d cut fire wood or he’d clear the drive way by hand.
He had a simple life near the end of school Until that is, his grandparents died both within a month of each other. To get by he quickly got him self a job as a grounds keeper at the local university science lab
Anything else: Grim, Took his current name from the nickname he received at first during the initial experiments. He’d been crossed with many animals and as a result he had trouble completely transforming from one to the other. Most of the time resulting in a mixed animal monster. His only true skins he could wear were his own, and that of the Bear.
Rp example:He let loose a savage roar, the mighty muscles of the bear wrenching the iron bars that held him prisoner. His mind no longer that of a conscience human but of a crazed bear. He tore through the facility. The piercing of his skin didn’t slow him.
His vision was red and he slaughtered the guards and anyone who was unlucky enough to have been between him and the exit. He moved quickly and efficiently, almost fast enough to avoid the alarm.
He was lucky enough that the doors were slow to shut in case someone needed to get to one side or the other before being sealed off. They began to collect themselves, and prepared for his arrival at the final gate separating him from the frozen tundra which he called freedom.
With a Deffing roar he charged the men who tried to stop him, taking a few chunks of led into his form. Their weak bone structure was no match for the strength of his swipes, or their flesh the sharpness of his claws.
He finally broke free, his big body began to slow as he trudged through the frozen waste land. He panted and wheezed he could feel the painful shift happening. He began to shrink his bones popped and reduced in size. His roars became human screams of pain as he fell to the permafrost beneath him.
Unclothed and bleeding he lay there With the final thoughts of humanity running across his mind “This must be the end of my nightmare.” His vision grew dim and his body became strangely warm as he drifted into deaths sweet grasp. [/size]
